Game Designer

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage game features, systems, and content.
  • Work with teams to assist production, provide feedback, and meet deadlines.
  • Use feedback and data to optimize for player retention and monetization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in game design with a shipped product.
  • Strong analytical skills for game performance improvement.
  • Creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for creating and playing games.
  • Deep understanding of the casual game market
  • Experience in all stages of game development, from concept to delivery.

Motion Designer/Video Editor

Responsibilities:
  • Create advertising videos, motion graphics, and animations.
  • Work with sound design and prepare sound packs for products.
  • Develop animations for applications.
Requirements:
  • Experience in video production, motion graphics, and editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
  • Knowledge of lighting, sound, composition, and color correction.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
